Volume 4, Issue 3 of Acta Astrophysica Taurica contains the proceedings of two conferences: 'Modern Instruments and Methods in Astronomy', held at SAO RAS from 04 to 09 September 2023, and 'Non-stationary Processes in the Protoplanetary Disks and their Observational Manifestations - 2022', which took place in Nauchny from 11 to 16 September 2022. The issue also includes a section devoted to the 80th anniversary of Valery Alexandrovich Kotov, coworker of Academician A.B. Severny, one of the discoverers of solar oscillations.
